> Silpho builds AI-powered operating systems for businesses. It maps recurring work, connects the software and knowledge a company already uses, and turns repeated processes into controlled playbooks with visible state, approvals, and exception handling.

## What Silpho does

Silpho starts with one narrow, measurable business workflow. The resulting Operations OS can monitor events and schedules, interpret context, prepare work, validate outputs, connect existing tools, and route decisions or exceptions for human review.

The delivery model separates three kinds of work:

- Deterministic software handles permissions, limits, validation, workflow state, retries, and consequential actions.
- AI judgment is used for interpretation, classification, drafting, summarisation, and contextual decisions.
- People retain control over high-risk, unusual, commercial, legal, or financial actions.

The goal is reliable operational leverage, not maximum autonomy.
