Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Memento, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Silpho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Memento for personal, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems;
- use the app in a way that could harm Silpho or other users.
Intellectual Property
Memento, including its design, branding, software, and related content, is owned by Silpho or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Memento at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimers
Memento is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silpho will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of Memento.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Memento if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the last updated date.
