Privacy Policy

Amino Acid Quiz Trainer is an education app provided by Silpho. It is designed to help students practice amino acid structures, names, codes, charge, polarity, metabolism, essential status, and MCAT-style review prompts.

The app does not require a Silpho account. It does not use advertising SDKs, social tracking SDKs, camera access, microphone access, contact access, location access, or health data.

Local app data: Amino Acid Quiz Trainer stores quiz attempts, selected answers, correctness, amino acid mastery scores, streaks, spaced review due dates, theme preference, onboarding state, and notification reminder preferences on your device.

Notification permission: If you enable daily review reminders, the app asks the operating system for notification permission and schedules local review reminders. You can disable reminders in the app or revoke notification permission in system settings.

Subscription data: Amino Acid Quiz Trainer uses RevenueCat and platform billing systems to manage subscriptions and verify whether the premium entitlement is active. RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, product identifiers, entitlement status, renewal status, and related diagnostic data.

Support messages: If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include so we can respond.

Local app data is used to keep your study history, review queue, progress heatmap, theme, and app preferences available on your device.

Notification permission is used only to deliver optional study reminders that you enable.

Subscription data is used to unlock premium access, restore purchases, prevent unauthorized access, and troubleshoot payment or entitlement issues.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising. The app does not send your quiz answers, mastery scores, or spaced review schedule to Silpho servers.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat processes subscription and entitlement data on our behalf. Store account management, renewal, cancellation, and eligible refunds are handled through your Apple ID or Google Play account.

Local study data remains on your device until you delete it in Settings, uninstall the app, or clear app data. Silpho does not operate an account database for Amino Acid Quiz Trainer.

RevenueCat and the app stores retain subscription records according to their own retention policies and legal obligations. Support emails may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain support records.

You can delete local study progress in Settings. You can enable or disable daily review reminders in Settings and revoke notification permission in system settings. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Amino Acid Quiz Trainer is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use reasonable measures to protect subscription and support data. Local study progress is stored on your device. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
