What actually happens on the call?
Twenty to thirty minutes, no slides. You describe the workflow or product, I ask what breaks today and what you already tried, and you leave with a straight answer on scope, cost, and whether I am the right person for it. If I am not, I say so on the call and point you somewhere better.
How fast do you reply?
Within one business day, usually the same day. One founder reads every submission, so you get a real answer instead of a routing sequence.
Do I need a spec, designs, or a budget before I book?
No. Two or three sentences about the problem are enough. Founders who arrive with a 20 page brief usually have to rewrite it after the call anyway, because the first thing we do is cut scope down to what can ship.
What does it cost to work with you?
Mobile builds are fixed fee: $3,999 for Launch and $5,999 for Launch plus Growth, iOS and Android in both. Agent work starts with a fixed scope opportunity sprint from $750, and a first production workflow starts from $3,500. The call is free and there is no obligation after it.
My app was built with AI and it is a mess. Is that a problem?
That is half the work I do. Vibe coded apps usually break in the same five places: auth, payments, native builds, privacy compliance, and analytics. Bring the repo or the TestFlight link and I will tell you whether it is a fix or a rebuild.
How soon can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks, sometimes sooner if a slot opens. Tell me your timeline in the form and I will be honest about the queue instead of holding you.
