By downloading, accessing, or using Amino Acid Quiz Trainer, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Silpho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Amino Acid Quiz Trainer for personal, educational, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

Amino Acid Quiz Trainer is a study aid for biology, biochemistry, MCAT, nursing, pre-med, and related coursework. It provides drills, review prompts, progress indicators, and mnemonic-style explanations.

The app is not a substitute for course material, professional instruction, medical advice, nutrition advice, or exam eligibility guidance. You are responsible for verifying information with your instructor, textbook, school, or testing authority.

Amino Acid Quiz Trainer is a hard-paywalled app. Access to drill modes, MCAT cram mode, spaced review, progress heatmaps, and related study features requires an active premium entitlement.

The app may offer weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions. Payment is charged through Apple App Store or Google Play at confirmation of purchase. Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period according to the applicable store rules.

A free trial may be available when shown on the paywall. Trial availability, billing period, final price, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Restore Purchases is available on the paywall.

Quiz attempts, mastery scores, review due dates, streaks, theme preference, onboarding state, and reminder settings are stored locally on your device. You can delete local study progress in Settings.

You agree not to:

• use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app;
• attempt to bypass subscription or entitlement requirements;
• misrepresent your identity or support requests;
• use the app in a way that could harm Silpho or other users.

Amino Acid Quiz Trainer, including its design, software, copy, app icon, quiz content, explanations, and related materials, is owned by Silpho or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Amino Acid Quiz Trainer or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app, subscription verification, notifications, or store systems will always be available or error-free.

Amino Acid Quiz Trainer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silpho will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, lost study time, exam outcomes, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of Amino Acid Quiz Trainer.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the last updated date.
