Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using Ara, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Silpho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ara for personal, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

Ara sells one non-consumable lifetime purchase. It is not a subscription. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge after the one-time payment.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The price shown in the app is the localized price from the App Store. The USD list price will not exceed $29.99.

If Ask to Buy or your bank holds the charge, Ara stays locked until the purchase is approved. You can restore a completed purchase from the paywall. Offer codes, when issued, can be redeemed in the app.

You agree not to:

• use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app;
• attempt to bypass the lifetime unlock;
• use the app in a way that could harm Silpho or other users.

Ara transcribes speech on the device. Recognition quality depends on the iPhone, the selected language, and Apple's on-device speech framework. Ara does not send your voice to Silpho.

Ara, including its design, branding, software, and related content, is owned by Silpho or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Ara at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.

Ara is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silpho will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of Ara.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the last updated date.
