Benefit Timing

Terms of Use

These terms explain how you may use Benefit Timing and how the one-time lifetime purchase works.

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Benefit Timing, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Silpho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Benefit Timing for personal, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

Estimates Only, Not Financial Advice

Benefit Timing produces estimates based on the figures you enter and general Social Security claiming rules. Actual benefit amounts are determined solely by the Social Security Administration based on your earnings record, the law in effect when you claim, and your personal circumstances. Results may differ from what the app shows.

The app does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or for official figures from the Social Security Administration. You are responsible for verifying any claiming decision against your official Social Security statement and, where appropriate, with a qualified advisor.

No Government Affiliation

Benefit Timing is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Social Security Administration or any other government agency.

One-Time Purchase

Benefit Timing may offer full access through a single one-time lifetime purchase of US$24.99 (or the local equivalent shown in the store). This is a non-consumable purchase: you pay once, there is no subscription, nothing renews, and no recurring charges apply.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The purchase unlocks full access for the lifetime of the app on the purchasing store account, subject to these Terms and store availability. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Eligible refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.

Local Data

Your inputs and comparison results are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app or clearing app data may delete this local information. Benefit Timing does not provide a Silpho account or cloud sync.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app;
  • attempt to bypass purchase or entitlement requirements;
  • misrepresent your identity or support requests;
  • rely on the app as the sole basis for a Social Security claiming decision.

Intellectual Property

Benefit Timing, including its design, software, copy, app icon, and related materials, is owned by Silpho or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Benefit Timing or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app, purchase verification, or store systems will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimers

Benefit Timing is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silpho will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost benefits, reduced benefit amounts, lost profits, lost data, or other financial losses arising out of or related to your use of Benefit Timing or reliance on its estimates.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the last updated date.
