Checklyy Check Writer is provided by Silpho. The app helps you format, preview, export, print, and keep local records of personal checks.

Checklyy Check Writer is a formatting and recordkeeping utility. It is not a bank, payment processor, check verification service, legal advisor, or fund verification service. The app does not move money, verify funds, validate bank accounts, or guarantee that any printed check will be accepted.

You may choose to enter payee names, memos, check amounts, check dates, check numbers, account holder details, address details, bank names, routing numbers, account numbers, register status, and cleared status. These are sensitive financial records.

You are responsible for reviewing all check details before printing, exporting, or recording a check.

Check records, account profiles, routing numbers, account numbers, template choices, print calibration settings, and register history are stored locally on your device in the app's protected storage.

Silpho does not operate a Checklyy Check Writer backend for storing your check records, and we do not sell or use your check records for advertising.

When you export a PDF or print with AirPrint, the app creates the document on your device and passes it to iOS sharing or printing systems at your request. Printers, print services, cloud storage apps, email apps, and other destinations you choose may handle copies of those documents under their own policies.

Checklyy Check Writer offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and entitlement checks are handled by Apple StoreKit and App Store systems. The app uses those results only to unlock Premium features.

Silpho does not receive your full payment card number from Apple.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in that message so we can respond and maintain support records.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your check records, routing numbers, account numbers, payees, memos, or register history with third parties for advertising or marketing.

Data may be processed by Apple when you purchase a subscription or use iOS system features such as App Store purchases, AirPrint, PDF sharing, or iCloud/device backups, depending on your device settings.

Local app records remain on your device until you edit them, delete them, or delete the app. Deleting the app removes the app's local data from that device, subject to any device backups or files you exported outside the app.

Email support records may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request and maintain business records.

Checklyy Check Writer is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use reasonable safeguards for the app and recommend protecting your device with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. No device, transmission, backup, export, or printing workflow can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
