Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Checklyy Check Writer, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the App Does
Checklyy Check Writer helps you format personal checks, preview check layouts, convert numeric amounts into words, generate PDFs, print via AirPrint, calibrate templates for check stock, and maintain a local check register.
The app provides formatting and recordkeeping support only. It is not a bank, payment processor, money transmitter, check verification service, legal advisor, tax advisor, or fund verification service.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, authorization, and use of every check you create, print, export, or record. You must verify payee names, amounts, dates, memos, routing numbers, account numbers, check numbers, template alignment, and any other details before use.
Banks, recipients, printers, or clearing systems may reject a printed check for reasons outside the app's control.
Subscriptions
Checklyy Check Writer offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the app for fraud, unauthorized checks, or illegal activity;
- create checks from accounts you are not authorized to use;
- misrepresent the app as a bank or payment service;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems.
Printing and PDF Output
PDF and print output depends on your device, printer, paper, check stock, calibration settings, and destination apps or services. You are responsible for testing alignment and verifying the output before sending or depositing any check.
