Privacy Policy

Conduit Bend Toolkit is an on-device conduit bending calculator and field reference app provided by Silpho. It is designed to help electricians lay out EMT offset bends, three-point saddles, rolling offsets, reference tables, and local job notes.

The app does not require a Silpho account. It does not use advertising SDKs, social tracking SDKs, camera access, microphone access, contact access, location access, photo library access, health data, or tracking permission.

Local app data: Conduit Bend Toolkit may store calculator settings, selected conduit size, jobsite mode, saved calculation history, and saved job notes on your device.

Subscription data: Conduit Bend Toolkit uses RevenueCat and platform billing systems to manage subscriptions and verify whether the Pro entitlement is active. RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, product identifiers, entitlement status, renewal status, and related diagnostic data.

Support messages: If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include so we can respond.

Local app data is used to keep your calculator preferences, reference workflow, saved notes, and calculation history available on your device.

Subscription data is used to unlock Pro access, restore purchases, prevent unauthorized access, and troubleshoot payment or entitlement issues.

Support messages are used to respond to your request and maintain support records.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising. The app does not send conduit measurements, calculator inputs, saved job notes, or calculation history to Silpho servers.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat processes subscription and entitlement data on our behalf. Store account management, renewal, cancellation, and eligible refunds are handled through your Apple ID or Google Play account.

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, or clear app data. Silpho does not operate an account database for Conduit Bend Toolkit.

RevenueCat and the app stores retain subscription records according to their own retention policies and legal obligations. Support emails may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain support records.

You can delete local app data by deleting the app or clearing app data from your device. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Conduit Bend Toolkit is intended for electricians, apprentices, and trade professionals. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use reasonable measures to protect subscription and support data. Local calculator data and notes are stored on your device. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
