By downloading, accessing, or using Conduit Bend Toolkit, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Silpho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Conduit Bend Toolkit for personal, professional, lawful field reference purposes, subject to these Terms.

Conduit Bend Toolkit provides conduit bending calculations, reference tables, and local job notes for field layout assistance. Calculator output is a reference value.

You are responsible for verifying all measurements, bend marks, conduit types, bender take-up values, site conditions, job specifications, and applicable electrical codes before installation. The app is not a substitute for professional judgment, inspection, or code compliance review.

Conduit Bend Toolkit may offer Pro access for saved job notes, calculation history, and expanded formula or reference features.

The app may offer weekly, monthly, or annual subscriptions. Payment is charged through Apple App Store or Google Play at confirmation of purchase. Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period according to the applicable store rules.

A free trial may be available when shown on the paywall. Trial availability, billing period, final price, renewal terms, and cancellation controls are shown before purchase by the store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Saved notes, selected presets, and calculation history are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app or clearing app data may delete this local information.

You agree not to:

• use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app;
• attempt to bypass subscription or entitlement requirements;
• misrepresent your identity or support requests;
• rely on the app as the sole source for code compliance.

Conduit Bend Toolkit, including its design, software, copy, app icon, formulas as presented, tables, and related materials, is owned by Silpho or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Conduit Bend Toolkit or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app, subscription verification, or store systems will always be available or error-free.

Conduit Bend Toolkit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, code-compliance suitability, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silpho will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for failed inspections, rework, lost profits, lost data, job delays, business interruption, or property damage arising out of or related to your use of Conduit Bend Toolkit.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the last updated date.
