Fishify is provided by Silpho. We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping this policy simple and transparent.

Fishify is an AI-powered fish identification app. To provide its core functionality, images you submit may be sent to third-party AI APIs for processing. We do not store your images on our servers.

Image input: Images you submit for fish identification are transmitted to AI API providers to generate results. This data is not stored by Silpho after processing.

Analytics: Fishify uses PostHog for anonymous product analytics. PostHog collects anonymized usage events to help us improve the app. No personally identifiable information is linked to these events.

Subscription data: Fishify uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase and entitlement data. Please review RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.

If you contact us directly by email, we will receive the information you choose to include in that message so we can respond to you.

Image input is used solely to generate identification results via AI APIs and is not retained by Silpho.

Anonymous analytics data is used to understand how users interact with Fishify so we can improve the app experience.

Subscription data is used to manage your access to premium features.

We do not sell your data. Images you submit are shared with AI API providers solely to fulfill your request. Anonymous analytics data is processed by PostHog. Subscription data is processed by RevenueCat.

We do not share your data with any other third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Silpho does not retain your images after AI processing is complete. Anonymous analytics events are retained by PostHog per their data retention policy. Subscription records are retained by RevenueCat per their policy.

If you email us, we may keep that correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your message and maintain support records.

Fishify is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe information was provided to us by mistake, contact us and we will review the request.

We use reasonable measures to protect data in transit and any communications sent to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
