By downloading, accessing, or using Her Quantum Leap, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Silpho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Her Quantum Leap for personal, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

Her Quantum Leap is a private journaling, gratitude, manifestation, evidence tracking, Future Me messaging, ceremony, and voice ritual app. You are responsible for the content you add and for using the app lawfully.

Her Quantum Leap may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for Premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.

Premium may unlock unlimited rituals, evidence tracking, future-self notes, ceremonies, saved scripts, and other premium features. Trial eligibility, renewal cadence, and pricing are shown in the app before purchase.

The app is for reflection and personal growth. It is not medical, mental health, financial, legal, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee outcomes. You are responsible for your own decisions and for seeking qualified professional help when needed.

Her Quantum Leap may offer optional AI-generated notes, scripts, or audio. Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

AI and audio features are not a substitute for professional care, therapy, medical advice, financial advice, legal advice, or emergency support.

You agree not to:

• use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems;
• use the app in a way that could harm Silpho or other users.

You keep ownership of the journal entries, evidence notes, ceremony answers, personal details, and scripts you add. You give us permission to process that content only to provide and improve the features you choose to use.

Her Quantum Leap, including its design, branding, software, and related content, is owned by Silpho or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Her Quantum Leap at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.

Her Quantum Leap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silpho will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of Her Quantum Leap.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Her Quantum Leap if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the last updated date.
