Privacy Policy

Mini Golf Score Tracker is a mini golf scorecard app provided by Silpho. It helps groups create courses, score rounds, save history, compare winners, share scorecards, and export CSV files.

The app does not require an account for scorekeeping and does not use advertising SDKs, social tracking SDKs, camera access, microphone access, contacts access, or precise location access.

Local scorecard data: The app stores player names, course selections, custom course details, pars, scores, saved round history, onboarding state, paywall state, language, theme, and related preferences on your device.

Subscription data: Mini Golf Score Tracker uses RevenueCat and the App Store or Google Play to manage subscriptions and verify whether the premium entitlement is active. RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, entitlement status, product identifiers, app version, device identifiers, and diagnostic data needed to manage subscriptions.

Analytics data: When configured for production, PostHog may collect product analytics such as screens viewed, button taps, app version, device model, operating system, coarse diagnostics, and similar app usage events. We use analytics to improve the app and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Crash data: When configured for production, Sentry may collect crash reports, stack traces, device information, app version, operating system, and app state needed to diagnose errors.

Support messages: If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include so we can respond.

Local scorecard data is used to create rounds, remember courses and players, calculate totals, show history and statistics, share scorecards, and export CSV files.

Subscription data is used only to unlock premium features, restore purchases, prevent unauthorized access, and support purchase-related troubleshooting.

Analytics and crash data are used to understand feature usage, improve reliability, identify performance issues, and fix errors.

When you use share or export actions, the app gives the scorecard text or CSV file to the operating system share sheet. You choose the destination before anything is sent outside the app.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate the app: RevenueCat for subscription management, PostHog for product analytics, Sentry for crash reporting, and Apple or Google for app store purchases.

These providers process data according to their own privacy terms and the instructions needed to provide their services.

Local scorecard data remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Silpho does not operate an account database for Mini Golf Score Tracker.

App stores and RevenueCat retain subscription records according to their own retention policies and legal obligations. Analytics, crash, and support records may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to improve the app, respond to requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

You can delete saved rounds in History and clear local scorecard data in Settings. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings. You can request help with privacy or support questions by contacting us.

Mini Golf Score Tracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use reasonable measures to protect subscription, analytics, crash, and support data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
