By downloading, accessing, or using Mini Golf Score Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Silpho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mini Golf Score Tracker for personal, lawful scorekeeping purposes, subject to these Terms.

Mini Golf Score Tracker is a premium app with auto-renewable subscriptions. Premium access may unlock unlimited saved round history, advanced statistics, winner tracking, CSV exports, premium course tools, and other premium scorecard features shown in the app.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

The annual subscription may include a 7-day free trial when shown on the paywall. If a trial is available, payment is not due immediately and the subscription renews at the displayed annual price after the trial unless cancelled before the trial ends. The weekly subscription does not include a free trial unless explicitly shown.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. The app also provides Restore Purchases on the paywall and in Settings.

You are responsible for player names, course details, scores, pars, notes, and other information you enter. The app is intended as a convenience tool and may not match official tournament rules, course requirements, or event-specific scoring procedures.

You agree not to:

• use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app;
• attempt to bypass subscription access controls;
• use shared or exported scorecards to harass, impersonate, or mislead others;
• use the app in a way that could harm Silpho or other users.

The app may let you share scorecard text or export CSV files through the operating system share sheet. You are responsible for choosing the destination and for any information included in exported or shared scorecards.

Mini Golf Score Tracker, including its design, branding, software, icons, screenshots, and related content, is owned by Silpho or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Mini Golf Score Tracker at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.

Mini Golf Score Tracker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silpho will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of Mini Golf Score Tracker.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the last updated date.
