Overview
Mission Alarm is a wake-up alarm app provided by Silpho. The app is designed to help you wake up by requiring a mission such as a math problem, shake challenge, or barcode or QR scan before the alarm is dismissed.
Mission Alarm does not require a Silpho account. The app does not use advertising SDKs, social tracking SDKs, location access, contact access, or microphone access.
Information We Collect
Local app data: Mission Alarm stores your alarm preferences, sleep duration, wake presets, alarm sound selection, theme, onboarding state, mission configuration, wake progress, and active alarm state on your device.
Permission-related data: If you use scan missions, the app may request camera access so it can read a barcode or QR code during a wake mission. If you use shake missions, the app may use motion data to count movement. Notification permission is used to schedule and deliver alarm notifications.
Purchase data: Mission Alarm uses Apple StoreKit and the App Store to process weekly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and lifetime purchases. Apple may process product identifiers, transaction identifiers, entitlement status, renewal status, and related purchase records.
Support messages: If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include so we can respond.
How We Use Information
Local app data is used to keep your alarm setup, wake missions, preferences, and wake progress available on your device.
Permission-based access is used only for the feature you enabled: camera access for scan missions, motion access for shake missions, and notifications for alarm scheduling and wake reminders.
Purchase data is used to unlock Mission Alarm Pro, restore purchases, verify lifetime access, and troubleshoot payment or entitlement issues.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising. The app does not send your local alarm settings, wake mission answers, scan targets, or wake progress to Silpho servers.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription management, renewal, cancellation, and eligible refunds are handled through your Apple ID account and Apple's App Store systems.
Data Retention
Local alarm and mission data remains on your device until you change it, delete it, uninstall the app, or clear app data. Silpho does not operate an account database for Mission Alarm.
Apple retains purchase records according to its own retention policies and legal obligations. Support emails may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain support records.
Your Choices
You can change alarm settings, wake presets, mission settings, and alarm sounds inside the app. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings. You can revoke camera, motion, or notification permissions in iOS Settings.
Children's Privacy
Mission Alarm is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect purchase and support data. No device, transmission, or storage method is completely secure.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
