By downloading, accessing, or using PSAT Score Calculator, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Silpho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PSAT Score Calculator for personal, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

PSAT Score Calculator converts the section results you enter into estimated scaled scores, Selection Index values, and percentile context. Score conversion tables vary between test administrations, and National Merit qualifying cutoffs change every year and differ by state. Cutoff and percentile figures shown in the app are estimates based on historical data.

Official scores come only from the College Board, and National Merit qualification decisions are made only by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation. The app's output is not an official score, not a prediction of qualification, and not a guarantee of any scholarship outcome.

PSAT/NMSQT is a registered trademark of the College Board and the National Merit Scholarship Corporation, which were not involved in the production of, and do not endorse, this app. PSAT Score Calculator is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the College Board or the National Merit Scholarship Corporation.

PSAT Score Calculator may offer full access through a single one-time unlock purchase of US$4.99 (or the local equivalent shown in the store). This is a non-consumable purchase: you pay once, there is no subscription, nothing renews, and no recurring charges apply.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The purchase unlocks full access for the lifetime of the app on the purchasing store account, subject to these Terms and store availability. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Eligible refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.

Your section results and calculated scores are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app or clearing app data may delete this local information. PSAT Score Calculator does not provide a Silpho account or cloud sync.

You agree not to:

• use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app;
• attempt to bypass purchase or entitlement requirements;
• misrepresent your identity or support requests;
• present the app's estimates as official scores or official National Merit determinations.

PSAT Score Calculator, including its design, software, copy, app icon, and related materials, is owned by Silpho or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue PSAT Score Calculator or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app, purchase verification, or store systems will always be available or error-free.

PSAT Score Calculator is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silpho will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for missed scholarship opportunities, admission outcomes, lost data, or other losses arising out of or related to your use of PSAT Score Calculator or reliance on its estimates.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the last updated date.
