Rancher Days is provided by Silpho. We respect your privacy and keep this app intentionally simple.

Rancher Days is a cozy Western ranch simulation game. Your game progress is stored locally on your device. We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising tools, tracking pixels, or similar technologies inside the app.

Game progress: All game data (your ranch, animals, crafted goods, achievements, and settings) is stored only on your device. It is not transmitted to Silpho.

In-app purchases: Rancher Days uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases (Stars, special bundles, and the Premium Season Pass). RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase and entitlement data so that your purchases can be restored and validated. Please review RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.

If you contact us directly by email, we will receive the information you choose to include in that message so we can respond to you.

Because Rancher Days does not collect personal data in normal app use, we do not use your information for profiling, advertising, tracking, or analytics.

Purchase data is used solely to deliver, validate, and restore the in-app purchases you have made.

Any information you voluntarily send by email is used only to respond to your request or provide support.

We do not sell your data. We do not rent your data. We do not share app usage data with third parties because we do not collect that data in the first place.

Purchase data is processed by Apple or Google through their respective app stores, and by RevenueCat for entitlement management. We do not share data with any other third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Game progress remains on your device until you delete the app or reset your save data. Silpho does not maintain a user database for Rancher Days.

Subscription and entitlement records are retained by RevenueCat and the relevant app store per their policies.

If you email us, we may keep that correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your message and maintain support records.

Rancher Days is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe information was provided to us by mistake, contact us and we will review the request.

We aim to use reasonable measures to protect any communications sent to us directly. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
