Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using Rancher Days, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Silpho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rancher Days for personal, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

Rancher Days is free to play. It offers optional in-app purchases, including consumable Star packs, one-time special bundles, and a Premium Season Pass. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Consumable items (such as Stars) are spent in game and are not recoverable once used. One-time bundles and the Premium Season Pass are non-consumable for the scope in which they are sold: bundles remain unlocked on the purchasing account, and the Premium Season Pass unlocks the premium reward track for the current in-game season only. The Premium Season Pass does not auto-renew; a new season pass is offered for each new in-game season.

You can restore eligible previous purchases at any time from the in-app Shop screen using the "Restore Purchases" option. Purchases may be managed through your Account Settings in the App Store or Google Play after purchase. All purchases are final except as required by applicable law or the app store's refund policy.

Stars, Coins, animals, crafted goods, and other virtual items in Rancher Days have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are non-transferable. We may adjust, remove, or change virtual items at any time as part of ongoing game balance and development.

You agree not to:

• use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems;
• exploit bugs, use unauthorized tools, or manipulate game progress;
• use the app in a way that could harm Silpho or other users.

Rancher Days, including its design, branding, software, artwork, music, and related content, is owned by Silpho or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Rancher Days at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free. Game progress is stored on your device and may be lost if the app is uninstalled, your device is reset, or your local data is cleared.

Rancher Days is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silpho will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of Rancher Days.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Rancher Days if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the last updated date.
