By downloading, accessing, or using ReWordly, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Silpho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ReWordly for personal, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

ReWordly offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

You agree not to:

• use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems;
• submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights;
• use the app in a way that could harm Silpho or other users.

ReWordly uses AI to rewrite text. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before use. ReWordly is not a substitute for professional writing, legal, or editorial advice.

ReWordly, including its design, branding, software, and related content, is owned by Silpho or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue ReWordly at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.

ReWordly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silpho will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of ReWordly.

We may suspend or terminate your access to ReWordly if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the last updated date.
