Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using SignIt, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Silpho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SignIt for personal, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

SignIt offers auto-renewable subscriptions for Premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.

Premium may unlock unlimited styles, saved signatures, and transparent PNG exports. Trial length, renewal cadence, and pricing are shown in the app before purchase.

You are responsible for using SignIt only to create signatures you are authorized to create. Do not use SignIt to imitate another person, a public figure, or any signature you do not have permission to create.

Generated signatures are creative output only. SignIt does not verify identity, authorship, legal authorization, or the validity of any signature.

SignIt may offer optional AI-assisted style suggestions using OpenAI. AI suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing any output before using, saving, or exporting it.

You agree not to:

• use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• use the app to deceive, impersonate, or misrepresent identity;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems;
• use exported signatures in a way that infringes third-party rights;
• use the app in a way that could harm Silpho or other users.

SignIt, including its design, branding, software, and related content, is owned by Silpho or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue SignIt at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.

SignIt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silpho will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of SignIt.

We may suspend or terminate your access to SignIt if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the last updated date.
