Privacy Policy

Token Board is an on-device digital token board app provided by Silpho. It is designed for behavior therapists, teachers, and parents who use token economy reinforcement in ABA therapy sessions, classrooms, and at home.

The app does not require a Silpho account. It does not use advertising SDKs, social tracking SDKs, analytics in production builds, camera access, microphone access, contact access, location access, health data, or tracking permission. Photo library access is used only when you choose to pick a reward image.

Local app data: Token Board may store token boards, board settings, student first names entered by the adult user, session history, and optional reward photos selected from your photo library. All of this data is stored only on your device.

Subscription data: Token Board uses RevenueCat and platform billing systems to manage subscriptions and verify whether the Pro entitlement is active. RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, product identifiers, entitlement status, renewal status, and related diagnostic data. Board contents, student names, session history, and photos are never included in subscription data.

Support messages: If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include so we can respond.

Local app data is used to keep your boards, students, session history, and reward images available on your device so you can run reinforcement sessions.

Subscription data is used to unlock Pro access, restore purchases, prevent unauthorized access, and troubleshoot payment or entitlement issues.

Support messages are used to respond to your request and maintain support records.

Token Board is a tool for adults: therapists, teachers, and parents. It is operated by the adult user, not by children, and it is not directed at children.

The adult user may enter information about the children they work with, such as a student's first name, session history, and an optional reward photo. This information is stored only on the adult's device and is never transmitted to Silpho servers or any third-party server. Silpho does not collect, receive, or process any children's data. The adult user controls this data entirely and can delete it at any time within the app or by deleting the app.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising. The app does not send boards, student names, session history, or reward photos to Silpho servers or anyone else.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat processes subscription and entitlement data on our behalf. Store account management, renewal, cancellation, and eligible refunds are handled through your Apple ID or Google Play account.

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, uninstall the app, or clear app data. Silpho does not operate an account database for Token Board.

RevenueCat and the app stores retain subscription records according to their own retention policies and legal obligations. Support emails may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain support records.

You can delete boards, students, session history, and reward photos in the app, or delete all local app data by deleting the app or clearing app data from your device. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

The app does not provide account creation, so there is no in-app account deletion flow. If you use a subscription, you can contact support to request deletion of RevenueCat customer data associated with your purchase entitlement where deletion is available and legally permitted.

We use reasonable measures to protect subscription and support data. Boards, student names, session history, and reward photos are stored on your device and never leave it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
