Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using Token Board, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Silpho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Token Board for personal, professional, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

Token Board is a digital token board for token economy reinforcement. It is a tool that supports behavior therapists, teachers, and parents during sessions. It is not medical advice, therapy, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for professional judgment, supervision, or an individualized treatment or education plan.

You are responsible for using the app in a way that is appropriate for the children in your care and consistent with your professional obligations, workplace policies, and applicable laws.

Token Board may offer Pro access through auto-renewable subscriptions. Available plans include weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions. A 7-day free trial may be available when shown on the paywall. The subscription title, length, and price per period are displayed on the paywall before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you do not cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown when you purchased.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable under store rules. Eligible refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Boards, student first names, session history, and reward photos are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app or clearing app data may delete this local information. Token Board does not provide a Silpho account or cloud sync.

You are responsible for the information you enter about the children you work with and for handling it in line with any consent, confidentiality, or record-keeping obligations that apply to you.

You agree not to:

• use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app;
• attempt to bypass subscription or entitlement requirements;
• misrepresent your identity or support requests;
• rely on the app as a substitute for professional judgment or an individualized treatment or education plan.

Token Board, including its design, software, copy, app icon, and related materials, is owned by Silpho or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Token Board or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app, subscription verification, or store systems will always be available or error-free.

Token Board is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silpho will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of Token Board.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the last updated date.
