Your team repeats the work. Find the first workflow worth automating.
Silpho maps the work behind your service business, identifies the highest-value automation opportunity, and scopes the smallest useful system to build first.

Admin cost
Illustrative priorities — your report uses your workflow volumes and operating numbers.
AI is not the bottleneck. Choosing the right workflow is.
Most teams do not need another list of AI tools. They need to know which repeated process has enough volume, stable inputs, and business impact to justify changing how the team works.
We also identify what should stay manual.
Automation is a bad investment when the work is rare, changes every time, or relies on inputs no one can trust. The audit removes those ideas before they become expensive experiments.
- The task only happens occasionally
- Every case requires a different judgement
- Source data is incomplete or inconsistent
- The workflow does not affect cost, speed, or revenue
A decision document, not a tool catalogue.
The audit turns your workflow, volume, software stack, and operating numbers into a ranked implementation plan. You leave knowing what to build, why it matters, and what should wait.
Workflow bottleneck map
Where work stalls, repeats, or moves between people and tools by hand.
Impact–effort priorities
A ranked view of value, implementation effort, dependencies, and operational risk.
30-day quick wins
The smallest changes that can reduce admin or improve response speed quickly.
Tool vs custom recommendation
Where an existing product is enough and where custom workflow logic is justified.
Time and financial model
A transparent estimate based on the volumes and costs your team provides.
First build specification
Inputs, outputs, integrations, guardrails, success metric, and fixed-scope next step.
No invented ROI.
If your team cannot provide enough operating data for a defensible estimate, the report states the unknowns and shows what to measure first.
A short path from messy workflow to a buildable decision.
The free call checks fit. The detailed analysis is paid work. If we implement the recommendation, the audit fee is credited toward the sprint.

Fit call
We identify the repeated workflow, the people involved, current tools, and the result you want to improve.
You get an honest fit decision. The full report is not produced during this call.
- 02
Fixed scope · typically 5 working days
AI Workflow Audit
We review volumes, steps, exceptions, tools, and constraints, then deliver the ranked opportunity report and a readout call.
The audit is useful on its own and belongs to you.
- 03
Optional · fixed-scope sprint
Quick Wins implementation
Silpho builds the first workflow, connects the necessary tools, tests failure paths, and hands over the working system.
The audit fee is deducted from the implementation price.
Workflows with a clear owner, input, and business result.
The first build should be narrow enough to test and valuable enough to change a real operating metric.
Lead follow-up
Classify enquiries, prepare context, and respond while intent is still high.
Proposal generation
Turn call notes and service rules into a consistent first proposal draft.
Customer support
Answer repeat questions with approved knowledge and route uncertain cases.
Internal knowledge
Give staff one searchable interface for trusted procedures and documents.
Client onboarding
Collect inputs, create tasks, send updates, and flag missing information.
Reporting
Combine recurring data sources into a reviewable client or management summary.
Content repurposing
Convert approved source material into channel-specific drafts and briefs.
Internal tools
Replace fragile spreadsheets and handoffs with a focused web or mobile tool.
Pay for analysis once. Build only when the case is strong.
The goal is not to sell the largest automation project. It is to find the smallest implementation that produces a measurable result.

A focused conversation to decide whether a workflow audit is justified.
- One candidate workflow
- Fit and data check
- Clear next-step recommendation
Fixed scope
AI Workflow Audit
From $750
The opportunity report, prioritisation model, and first implementation specification.
- Stakeholder workflow review
- Ranked opportunity ledger
- Readout and owned report

Quick Wins Sprint
From $3,500
One tightly scoped workflow implemented, tested, documented, and handed over.
- Working automation or internal tool
- Integrations and failure handling
- Handoff and measurement plan
Final scope depends on workflow complexity, integrations, access, and data quality. Third-party software and usage fees are quoted separately.
Direct answers about the audit.
Is the AI Opportunity Report free?
No. The 20-minute fit call is free. The detailed workflow analysis and report are paid, fixed-scope work because they require operating data, research, prioritisation, and an implementation specification. The fee is credited if Silpho builds the first workflow.
Do we need to replace our current software?
Usually not. The audit starts with your existing stack and prefers the smallest reliable change. We recommend a custom tool only when off-the-shelf products cannot support the required workflow or controls.
Does every recommendation use generative AI?
No. Some workflows need ordinary rules, integrations, or better data handling rather than a language model. The recommendation follows the operational problem, not an AI quota.
Who is this best suited for?
Service businesses, agencies, and small teams with a repeated workflow, a clear process owner, and enough weekly volume for saved time or faster response to matter. It is not designed for one-off tasks or speculative AI brainstorming.
How quickly can we start implementation?
A standard audit is normally delivered within five working days after the workflow session and receipt of the required data. A focused first implementation commonly takes 7–10 working days, but integrations and access constraints can extend that timeline.
Which repeated process is costing your team the most?
Book a free fit call. We will determine whether it is worth auditing before either of us commits to a larger project.
